About Me
Hey, I'm Steph Humphrey (or Steph.Running if you know me from IG), thanks for visiting my website.
I am a runner and coach based in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast in Australia, with 6 years running coaching experience.
In 2020 I left the corporate world and transitioned to running and coaching full-time with InnerFight Endurance, after attaining my UESCA Running Coach Certification. Prior to this, I spent 9 years in the media and marketing industry in 3 markets (UK, NZ, and UAE), but I decided it was time to follow my true passion, running. Sharing my running knowledge with others, and helping people grow and succeed in this sport and life, is incredible.
I attended the University of South Carolina Aiken on a tennis scholarship from 2007 to 2011, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honors in Communications & Public Relations. I retired from tennis when I graduated and took up running, partly because it fit in around my hectic work schedule.
My passion for running grew over the years, as I met people in the running community across the world. I love how running can connect you with so many people who share a common interest. Whilst living and working in London, I spent two evenings a week pacing at Nike Run Club in Covent Garden, and when I moved to New Zealand I became an Adidas Runner in Auckland.
In 2020 I launched the Ladies Run Club at InnerFight in Dubai, which to this day still provides ladies with a friendly, safe, and approachable avenue into the InnerFight Endurance community. I continue to head up LRC today, running the community from Noosa, and fly back to Dubai regularly to train and connect with my clients in person.
I love running, for so many reasons, and would love to share my passion by helping you on your running journey, whether you're in Dubai, Noosa, or somewhere in-between.
Thanks for visiting my website, please feel free to contact me with any questions.
